Traceability on the wood’s origin
The European deforestation regulation changes the rules for everyone. We can trace our production back to the hectare of wood that was cut.
Buyer questions
What is RDUE traceability, in practice?
The European deforestation regulation requires, among other things, proof of the wood's origin. On our cutlery, we can trace the chain back to the plot that was cut. That lets us verify that production does not contribute to deforestation.
Do you sell directly to restaurants?
No. We supply distributors and wholesalers, who then serve their networks: bakeries, fast food, stores. That is our place in the chain, and we keep to it.
Do you offer consumables other than cutlery?
We have sourced thermal paper for payment terminals, foil and gloves. The factory network is there and the logistics are the same: if you have a need for consumables in these families, let's talk.
Is the cutlery certified?
Yes, our kits are produced in FSC® certified wood (C154947), with the marking on the sleeve.
