What data do we collect?

Only what you send us through the contact and catalogue request forms: identity, company, business contact details and the content of your message. This site does not set any advertising tracking cookies.

What for?

To answer your request and, if you are a business, send you our catalogues and terms. Legal basis: your consent (checkbox) and the legitimate interest linked to the B2B business relationship.

Who accesses it, and for how long?

The Markindus sales teams only. Messages are routed by our email provider and kept for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses technical cookies: remembering your language and your answer to the cookie banner. If you accept, your country is detected once from your IP address, via the country.is service, to suggest the right language (the result is cached in a cookie for 24 hours). You can decline this detection without losing anything: the language selector stays available at any time at the top of the page.
