What data do we collect?

Only what you send us through the contact and catalogue request forms: identity, company, business contact details and the content of your message. This site does not set any advertising tracking cookies.

What for?

To answer your request and, if you are a business, send you our catalogues and terms. Legal basis: your consent (checkbox) and the legitimate interest linked to the B2B business relationship.

Who accesses it, and for how long?

The Markindus sales teams only. Messages are routed by our email provider and kept for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted.
